Global Village hosting countries and donations
The GV hosting countries your team can apply to participate in 2019 are as follows. Please note that depending on the local circumstances, we may ask you to choose a different country from the one your team is willing to participate.
We ask each participant of GV program to make a donation with the minimum amount listed below. The donation includes the house material cost to support housing needs of the hosting country and other program operational costs. It does not include transportation cost (air fare, etc) or other logistics costs (accommodation, meals, etc).
The minimum team size and other requirements are subject to change without notice due to the situations of the hosting countries.

*1 The hosting country may be closed to GV teams due to the local circumstances or security situations.
*2 We ask for donation amount for the minimum team size if the team size is smaller than the requirement.
*3 The donation amount for Campus Chapters applies to those who belong to a Campus Chapter AND are full-time students at the age of 25 or younger. Students who do not belong to a Campus Chapter are asked to donate 5,000 yen more to the Campus Chapter donation amount.
*4 Chaperons who lead the team are asked to donate 5,000 yen more to the Campus Chapter donation amount. Chaperons are needed if there are minors in the team. Please see the "Minor Policy" for details.
*5 The donation for Thailand is based on one team per house. Team members share the donation cost. The maximum team size is up to 20 volunteers.
