We would like to start recruiting more volunteers for Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project - Mekong Build 2009 (JRCWP09).
On July 31st, we once closed an application for JRCWP09. But, we have received quite a number of voices to hope to apply for JRCWP09 even after the deadline. We therefore decided to restart to recruit volunteers after considerable discussion!
