Kengo Nakamura is a Japanese football player who plays for the Kawasaki Frontale. He just announced his intention to retire at the end of this season, bringing an end to a spectacular 18-year career for one of Japanese soccer's most storied players. He played for the Japanese national team at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and was the J LEAGUE MVP in 2016.
