Habitat Japan Wells Fargo Volunteer Session, November 4th
ハビタット・ジャパンのボランティア活動にご参加いただき、ありがとうございます。現在ハビタットでは、感染対策を行いながら活動しています。こちらの国内ボランティア基準（クリック）、ボランティア参加の免責・誓約書（クリック）をよくご確認いただき、ご参加いただけますよう、お願いいたします。
またボランティア参加の免責・誓約書は10月27日(金)までにWells Fargoご担当渥美様へご提出ください。

We are grateful for your longtime support and your generous commitment as our volunteers! Please find on this page the the details of our volunteering opportunity as well as our insurance signup sheet.
The minimum age for volunteers is 18 years old on the date of the session. Volunteers must review our “Safeguarding” policy and submit a "Release and Waiver of Liability" to Wells Fargo's Atsumi-san by email by 10/27 (Friday).

Habitat Japan has a volunteer insurance policy that covers everyone who participates in our activities. There is no extra charge for volunteers. In order to be covered by the insurance, please make sure to enter your name, address, and contact information in the application form below. マスクご着用のうえ、汚れてもいい 動きやすい服装(長袖、長ズボン、スニーカー、帽子等をご着用ください)
Please wear a facemask and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (long sleeves, long pants, sneakers, a cap etc.)
【持ち物】【What to bring】
・タオル
・帽子、サングラス、日焼け止め
・貴重品を身に着けて活動できるような小さいポシェットなど
・着替え
・Facetowel(s)
・A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
・A small carrying bag to keep your valuables on your person while working
・A change of clothes
