The leaders play a crucial role in coordinating the GV; their responsibilities include negotiation, scheduling and leading the team members.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/habitatjp.org\/enblog\/assets_c\/2014\/06\/10305036_639071262836743_6900105490704282198_n-thumb-200x145-8361.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"145\" alt=\"10305036_639071262836743_6900105490704282198_n.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-right\" style=\"float: right; margin: 0 0 20px 20px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The future leaders learnt&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">risk management skills throug<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">h a sim<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">u<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">lation. The situation given to the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">students was \"what would you do if a GV leader collapses at the building site and the accompanying Habitat staff member was not there?\"<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">&nbsp;One of the teams chosen to perform in front of all the students showed cool judgement and received a big round of applause.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">The participants seemed full of excitement and determination to grow as a leader.
