Donate<\/a> and Volunteer<\/a> to Help Japan Rebuild!
\nHabitat Japan started the pilot project of house repairs in some areas of Higashimatsushima, Miyagi Prefecture last August but since this March, the project has shifted its aim to the entire city. There are still many families who need financial support to repair their houses and Habitat Japan continues its work so that more people can live in safer home.
\nHabitat Japan supports the families who are living in or eager to return to the houses that of more than half are damaged. However, even if the damage is small, Habitat will support the families who need immediate repairs due to their living condition.

\nMany survivors living disaster areas face issue of rebuilding home. To respond as many voices as possible, Habitat Japan will financially support 50 families in Higashimatsushima to help them return home, \"a decent place to live.\"
