Dismissal on the last work day on 18:00.<br \/>\n\u203bFrom Sendai Station to Tagajo office:<br \/>\nPlease take Senseki Line to Tagajo station(approx. 22 min), then walk to Habitat Japan office(approx. 10min).<br \/>\n\u203bAbove schedule may be changed due to your arrival dates. You will be informed in advance in such case.<br \/>\n\u203bParking space is not available at Habitat Japan Tagajo Office. Please take public transportation. In case you need to come by your own car, please park your car at around Tagajo Station, or in Sendai city.<br \/>\n\u3000<br \/>\n<strong>\u25c6 Participation Fee: <\/strong><br \/>\n3,000 yen per person<br \/>\n\u203b Habitat Japan will arrange volunteer health insurance, onsite transport, accommodation, work day dinner.<br \/>\n\u203b Please make payment upon your arrival.<br \/>\n\u203b Activities that you will join will be informed on the work day, depending on weather, local needs and schedule.<br \/>\n<strong>\u25c6 Accommodation: <\/strong><br \/>\nHabitat Japan Tagajo Office or public lodge.<br \/>\n(In Tagajo office we have one shared shower\/bath room and not necesarry available when you wish to take it. And Some public lodges does not have shower room)<br \/>\n\u3000<br \/>\n<strong>\u25c6 Volunteers needed: <\/strong><br \/>\n\u203b Volunteers will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.<br \/>\n\u203b Recruitment will be closed seven days before the program day or if and when the target is met.<br \/>\n\u3000<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000\u3000<br \/>\n<strong>\u25c7Things to Bring\u25c7<\/strong><br \/>\nWork clothes:<br \/>\n- Long sleeved top, long sleeved trousers<br \/>\n- Waterproof clothing (top and bottom)<br \/>\n- Work boots suitable for construction work (sandals and other open toed shoes are not suitable)<br \/>\n- Thick cotton gloves<br \/>\nOther:<br \/>\n- Sleeping bag<br \/>\n- Spare clothes<br \/>\n- Towel (for bathing and\/or mopping your brow during work)<br \/>\n- Water bottle (carry drinking water to the work site)<br \/>\n- Shampoo, soap etc<br \/>\n- Wet tissues and\/or alcohol spray (it may not be possible to wash your hands at lunchtime)<br \/>\n- Health insurance card (these will not be checked, but please carry it anyway)<br \/>\n- Orientation handbook<br \/>\n- Any other essential personal items<br \/>\n\u25c7Health and Welfare\u25c7<br \/>\nHabitat Japan is not qualified to offer medical advice, or to provide advice on medication or vaccinations. With this in mind, please ensure that you consult your doctor well in advance regarding any concerns you may have regarding participation in this program.
