\"\"<\/a><\/span>A New Creative Space Unveiled <\/span>to <\/span>Children and Supporters<\/span><\/h1>\n

On September 6, 2025,<\/span> a dedication ceremony was held at <\/span>the<\/span> newly completed\u00a0<\/span>\u201cCraft Room Noah\u201d at the Bott Memorial Home in Machida, Tokyo<\/span>. Facility staff, board members of Habitat for Humanity Japan, the construction team, representatives from supporting companies and organizations, and chil<\/span>d representativ<\/span>es living in the home <\/span>gathered to celebrate the occasion<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Facility Director Kazumu Miyamoto opened the ceremony with heartfelt thanks to everyone who <\/span>supported the project <\/span>from<\/span> conception and fundraising through design and <\/span>construction<\/span> over the past five years. He then presented certificates of appreciation to Habitat for Humanity Japan and the construction team<\/span>,<\/span> acknowledging t<\/span>heir commitment to accessible design and delivering the project within budget.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The highlight of the event came when a child representative stepped forward to speak. \u201cI\u2019ve loved making things ever since I was little,\u201d the young speaker shared, eyes shining. \u201cBut with no proper workshop, I couldn\u2019t create what I imagined. Now, in Craft Room Noah, I can work freely with wood and all kinds of materials. Thank you for giving us<\/span> and future children at the home<\/span> a<\/span> place where our creativity can grow.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
