\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\nUtana Arai, a 3rd year at Waseda University\u2019s campus chapter gave a speech on her experience and lessons learned volunteering at both a children\u2019s home and on an overseas build. Mr. Kazumu Miyamoto, head of the Bott Memorial Home, spoke on the role of children\u2019s homes and the importance of fostering children\u2019s creativity through Habitat Japan\u2019s project to build a multi-purpose room at the Bott Home.<\/p>\n
We are grateful for corporate and individual donations of fabulous prizes to our charity auction and raffle, of which all proceeds, together with direct donations from guests, directly support Habitat Japan\u2019s programs. For helping us create an exciting night in celebration of 20 years of Habitat Japan, we thank koto performer Mr. Curtis Patterson, BUGAKU \u2013 Samurai Art, and the musical trio Le Chanson Atelier.
