Shingo Inoue, the Habitat Home Run 2021 special ambassador, will hold a special online training lesson via Zoom on Sunday, April 11, from 9:00 am - 9:45 am to kick off the event. Shingo will guide runners through stretching routines, provide running tips, as well as give advice on how to make running a regular part of your routine. Shingo Inoue is a Japanese marathon and ultramarathon runner. He won the IAU 24 Hour Run World Championship held in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France in 2010 with a distance of 273.708 km (170.074 mi). He is currently a Marathon Coach. Please watch the following video for a welcome message from Shingo.
