「Charity Run for Children」Entry Form
We thank you for participating Habitat Charity Run for Children. To complete your registration, please agree to the following event policies and then submit your entry form below. After you submit your entry form and pay the entry fee, your registration will be completed. Join the charity run inviting your families and friends. If you prefer to make entries of your participation together with your families, you can submit your entry form together with the information of your companions only. Please make sure that your companions agree to the event policies.

All participants must agree to the following event policies to join virtual run and Imperial run.
1. I understand that the purpose of the event is charity and not to compete in times, distance or its ranking.
2. I understand that it is free to decide any location and I agree to participate when I can assure my safety.
3.I understand that all the events are organized and operated following all applicable laws, and I agree to use safe pedestrian practices when on streets and roadways, while being observant and aware of my surrounding and other people.
4. I recognize the importance of physical activities for our health (physically and mentally) in times of COVID-19, and participating in these events could be beneficial. I agree to participate in the event while taking in all possible measures againast infection.
5. I agree to participate in the event based on my personal preference and capability, and acknowledge that I am responsibile for monitoroing my health.
6. Entry fee will not be refunded with no exceptions for double / over payment, withdrawal from an event due to personal reason, and / or unable to participate in the event due to weather or natural disaster. Also note, the entry will not be allowed to transfer or defer to a different event. Entry fee will be saved in Habitat Fund for Children after deducting actual expense of the event.
7. I acknowledge the possible injuries, infections, damages and losses that may occur during the virtual run and Imperial run. Whenever there is any injury, infection, death, or property damage, I understand that Habitat Japan will not be responsible for providing financial aid or support towards medical, health and physical issues.
8. I acknowledge that I must agree and submit the consent related with participating Imperial Run organized by the event organizer together with required health check sheet.
9. Personal information will be used to deliver necessary information related to the event organizer inlcluding, and not limited to. In the interest to enhance the future events of the organizer, it may be used for promotional and/or marketing purposes.
10. I agree that copyright of images, films, photographs, articles, coverage of the event, posts made on Habitat Club in STRAVA and the usage right for TV broadcasting, newspapers, magazines, and the Internet, belongs to the event organizer.
11.The event organizer, in recognition of the importance of protecting personal data, abides by all laws and ordinances concerning the protection of personal data and adheres to the event organizer's privacy policy when handling personal data.
