Thank you for joining Habitat for Humanity Japan volunteer on November 19, Saturday (Rain Date: December 3). We are grateful for your longtime support and your generous commitment as our volunteers! Here are the details of our volunteer and also your personal info signing up for your volunteer insurance.
Habitat is currently implementing volunteer activities while taking COVID-19 prevention measures. Please kindly note that you are required to read and agree to our volunteer guidelines and waiver and written oath (from pages 1 to 7) before signing up.
Please send the waiver and written oath (from pages 1 to 7) by November 10 to Mr. Joyer Fernandes.
Details of Volunteer Session
Meeting place & time: Saturday, November 19 (Rain Date: December 3)
- Karakida Station on Odakyu Line at 9:40 am (We will then take a taxi to the orphanage).
- Bott Home orphanage at 9:55 am (If you are coming by bike or car, please inform us in advance from the sign-ups below)

- Activity details: Help to replace window screens & clean ditches
Volunteer Insurance:
Habitat asks all volunteers to apply for insurance. The following application will be used as information for the insurance. No cost to volunteers. For more information about the insurance, please see here.
Please take out the necessary insurance at your own discretion for the areas not covered by this insurance.
Attire:
Please wear a mask and comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (long sleeves, long pants, sneakers, cap, etc.)
You can change your clothes at the facility.
Items to bring:
- Towels
- Drinking water/snacks (To prevent infectious diseases, we will not have a lunch break. Please bring snacks as appropriate.)
- A small carrying bag to keep your valuables with you during the activity
- Sunscreens / sunglasses / caps
- Health declaration form (page 8)
